HRF Services Corp is A Class II Special Inspection Agency by NYC DOB and Material Testing Lab by A2LA with Certificate Number: 5489.01 and licensed by New York City Department of Buildings. We have in-house Engineer, Architect and Technician in the field of Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Civil, Transportation and Mechanical Engineering of the building elements who oversee and sign off the construction of your project from soil boring test to building certificate of occupancy.
